Opening hours +
What are the check-in and check-out times? +
Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM. A surcharge of €50.00 applies for arrivals after 9:00 PM. Check-out must be completed by 10:00 AM.
I arrived earlier than expected. Would an early check-in be possible? +
Please contact us shortly before your arrival. If your room is already available, we will be happy to offer you an early check-in. If the room is not yet ready, you are welcome to leave your car and luggage with us.
Can I check in after 9:00 PM? +
Yes, check-in after 9:00 PM is possible. A surcharge of €50.00 applies. We will personally welcome you and complete the check-in together with you.
Is is possible to do a late check-out? +
Yes, subject to availability and in agreement with the reception, you can extend your stay in the chalet. Check-out until 12:00 PM is free of charge. For check-out after 12:00 PM, a surcharge of €50.00 per person applies. This can only be requested and confirmed starting from the day before your scheduled departure.
How can I reach the reception? +
The reception can be reached via WhatsApp daily from 08:00 AM to 09:00 PM.

Yes, breakfast is included in the price.
What time is breakfast served? +
Breakfast is served at 07:00 AM and delivered directly to your chalet. The day before, you can choose between a sweet or savory breakfast – we will bring it to you fresh and fragrant in the morning.
What is included in the breakfast? +

• fruit juices, milk
• fresh bread and freshly baked croissants
• butter, jam, honey, Nutella
• muesli, fresh fruit, nuts and dried fruit
• speck, ham, cheese, yogurt, fresh raw eggs and much more
In the kitchenette you will find:

• kettle for tea and herbal infusions
• coffee, tea and sugar at your disposal

Yes, gluten-free and vegan options are available.
Wellness +
What are the opening hours of the wellness area? +
The wellness area is open from 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM and the saunas and Dolomites grotto with hydromassage are available from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
What is included in the wellness area? +
The wellness area includes an indoor pool with a Dolomite grotto, a Finnish sauna and a steam sauna, a large relaxation room, a garden with sun loungers, showers, and a bathroom.
Are bathrobes and slippers available? +
Yes, bathrobes and slippers are available in your chalet. Towels are also provided in the wellness area.
Can children use the wellness area? +
Yes, the wellness area is accessible to all guests of the property, including children.
Is it possible to reserve the wellness area? +
No, unfortunately it is not possible to reserve the wellness area.
What are the sauna usage rules? +
Steam bath: max. 15 minutes – 40/50°C – humidity approx. 90%
Finnish sauna: max. 15 minutes – 80/100°C – humidity 10–30%
Dolomite grotto: a peaceful oasis of relaxation set in Dolomite stone.
Is it possible to book a massage? +
To book a massage, please contact the reception – we will be happy to assist you and arrange everything for you.
When is the fitness room open? +
The fitness room is open 24 hours a day.
Living +
What is available in the kitchen? +
Each chalet features a fully equipped kitchenette with an induction cooktop and dishwasher. Pots, pans, dishes and cooking utensils can be found in the designated drawers and cupboards.
You will also find a coffee machine with Nespresso capsules, a kettle with a selection of teas, and fresh drinking water in the refrigerator. Salt, pepper, sugar and cleaning supplies are also provided.
The kitchen is fully equipped and available for your use throughout your stay.
Is the tap water safe to drink? Can we avoid using plastic bottles? +
The tap water, which comes from the pure mountains of Val Gardena, is fresh and safe to drink. We kindly thank you for helping us protect the environment by avoiding the use of plastic bottles.
You will find fresh water in the refrigerator, which is replenished daily.
How do the shutters work? +
All shutters in the chalet are electric and can be conveniently operated using the wall-mounted controls. Please make sure not to place chairs or the balcony table too close to the shutters, as they may become blocked when opening or closing.
Is a cleaning service provided during the stay? +
Our housekeeping staff will carry out an eco-friendly daily cleaning service between 10:00 a.m. and 2:30 p.m. If you do not wish to use this service, please send a message to +39 351 4028709.
How does the towel and bathrobe change policy work during the stay? +
The following rules apply:
Towels hung up are intended for continued use.
Towels left on the floor will be replaced.
Bathrobes are provided for the entire stay and are not replaced.
How often is the bed linen changed during the stay? +
Bed linen is changed every three days, or upon request and whenever necessary.
Wellness Bag & Hiking Backpack +
In the chalet, you will find a wellness bag with sauna towels and a technical hiking backpack at your disposal. We kindly ask you to take good care of them and leave them in your room on the day of departure. If you like the backpack, you may purchase it as a souvenir of your stay for €180.00.
Heating & Air Conditioning +
The room heating is centrally controlled. Should you wish to adjust the temperature, please feel free to contact us via WhatsApp at +39 351 4028709.
The air conditioning can be adjusted using the remote control available in the room and also features a heating function.

Are pets allowed? +
Your four-legged friends are warmly welcome. A supplement of €50.00 per day applies for medium and large dogs, and €30.00 per day for small dogs. Please note that pet food is not provided.
We kindly ask that pets are not taken into the garden in front of the chalet or into the wellness area.
Is there a ski and bike storage room? +
A Ski & Bike Room is available in the garage, where you can store your skis and ski boots during winter and your bicycles during summer. Each chalet has its own ski locker equipped with a boot dryer.
How does waste separation work? +
Protecting the environment is very important to us. We kindly ask you to help us by separating your waste during your stay.
In your chalet, you will find designated bins for general waste, paper, glass, plastic and organic waste. With your support, we can work together to reduce our environmental impact and help preserve the natural beauty of our surroundings.

Where is the nearest pharmacy? +
The nearest pharmacy is Farmacia Sella, located in the center of Ortisei. It is open from Monday to Saturday from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm and from 3:00 pm to 7:00 pm. The pharmacy is closed on Sundays.

How can I use public transport? +
Upon your arrival, you will receive the Val Gardena Guest Pass. This pass allows you to use all public buses in Val Gardena free of charge. Please carry your Guest Pass with you whenever you travel.
The Night Bus and the Monte Pana–Saltria ski bus are not included and require a separate ticket.

Where is the next bus stop? +
The nearest bus stops to our property are Betania and Stua Zirm, both located approximately 500 meters away.

What is the best walking route to the village center? +
From our property, you can reach the village center in approximately 10–15 minutes on foot. First, follow the steep road downhill and then turn right. Below the playground, you will find the Luis Trenker Promenade, a pleasant walking path that leads directly to the town center.
Is a private shuttle service available? +
Unfortunately, we do not offer a private shuttle service.
Where are the nearest ski lifts? +
The nearest lift facilities are the valley stations of the Seceda cable car and the Seiser Alm (Alpe di Siusi) gondola. They can be reached in approximately 5 minutes by car or 15–20 minutes on foot.
