General terms and conditions and cancellation policy at a glance

Conditions and important information for your holiday at Luxury Chalet P in Val Gardena.

Prices are per week (or other specified period) and include breakfast, ecological cleaning service and SPA
To confirm the reservation, we require a deposit of 30% of the total amount
A deadline will be set for the payment of the confirmation deposit
The confirmation deposit serves as a guarantee for the fulfillment of the rental contract and will not be refunded in the case of unilateral cancellation by the guest
A credit card is required to guarantee the booking
Even in the event of late arrival or early departure, the entire reserved period will be invoiced
The balance will be charged 1 week before arrival or on the day of arrival
Unused breakfasts will not be deducted from the bill
Check-in is available from 15:00 onwards

On departure, the accommodation unit will be at your disposal until 10:00 a.m.
The child reductions apply from 2 full-paying persons in the double sofa beds
Prices are subject to change (e.g.: in case of unforeseeable and excessive price increase in electricity and gas)
Garage parking space is included in the chalet (one car per accommodation unit)
An e-charging station is available; please inform us when booking, charging is subject to a fee
By paying the deposit to confirm your booking, you automatically accept our terms and conditions

From the time of booking until 16 days before arrival, 30% of the total price will be retained
In the case of cancellation between 15 days and the day of arrival, 80% of the total amount of the booking will be charged
In the case of early departure or late arrival, 100% of the agreed daily rate per unused day will be charged
In case of non-arrival, 100% of the agreed total price will be charged
